Great customer service I found JR Language on Internet looking for places to provide speed service. First we had a few set backs, I send the email for a quote and they didn't response, then I called, get the quote, send document and they didn't again called me back. For the good part, they make it up to me speeding my translation to the same day I call them and have it mail it the next day.
