Dissatisfied. We have been getting trees from Kluck's for about 15 years. It has become a family tradition. I must say that although our tree is beautiful, it has a bad smell. It does not smell like a pine tree, but more like something rotting. We had to get pine tree air fresheners to cover it up. I hope this was just some sort of anomaly for this year and does not continue. we may not continue going there. It will be on the curb 12-26-2018.
Awesome place to get a live Christmas tree. We have been coming here for years.
We got their custom made stand, and after they cut the tree to desired height & ''shake'' it, they drill a hole in bottom to make it drop right into stand. Couldn't be easier. We get the ''fresh cut'', and they really are. It goes outside by our bird feeders, and the needles stay on all winter.
Waited 2 months for our landscaping estimate and Designs. After several phone calls, We gave up and canceled. Sounds like a beautiful on site Nursery, but we are definitely disappointed
if you live in the state of michigan, i dont care how far you are, this is the place to go for all your plant needs, after all, most of the nurseries in the state get their inventory from Kluck. I drive from metro Detroit to Kluck, because i know its the best in the midwest. hands down.
I grew up going to Kluck' s for our Christmas tree and I never realized how good we had it until we moved from the area. We have been to every tree farm within an hour drive from our home near Detroit and never found the quality if trees that Kluck's has. Every place was only okay and we always referred back to Kluck's. We actually thought maybe we had faulty memories and that it wasn't as good as we remembered it to be. I visited Kluck's today and had an incredible experience! I went without a helper to cut my tree, and the kind staff was happy to lend a hand. Not only was my tree cut for me, they carried it to the car and tied it to the roof. I specifically went at a slower time, so that I could ask for some assistance without taking anyone away from a long line of customers on a busy weekend.
