Awesome place to get a live Christmas tree. We have been coming here for years.
We got their custom made stand, and after they cut the tree to desired height & ''shake'' it, they drill a hole in bottom to make it drop right into stand. Couldn't be easier. We get the ''fresh cut'', and they really are. It goes outside by our bird feeders, and the needles stay on all winter.
This was our first year getting our trees from Klucks and it definitely won’t be our last!! Exceptional service, quality and hospitality! Marty was a joy to meet. He helped us find the perfect “Charlie brown” tree, as well as a 12’ balsam fir. Looking forward to next year already!
Nice selection of trees and friendly staff, but that is quickly forgotten when you have to wait in TWO lines to get your tree and leave. We understand A line when everyone in the area is getting their tree. Just feel they could improve on their process to use our time better while we have been waiting in the first line to complete the whole transaction.
