Dissatisfied. We have been getting trees from Kluck's for about 15 years. It has become a family tradition. I must say that although our tree is beautiful, it has a bad smell. It does not smell like a pine tree, but more like something rotting. We had to get pine tree air fresheners to cover it up. I hope this was just some sort of anomaly for this year and does not continue. we may not continue going there. It will be on the curb 12-26-2018.
if you live in the state of michigan, i dont care how far you are, this is the place to go for all your plant needs, after all, most of the nurseries in the state get their inventory from Kluck. I drive from metro Detroit to Kluck, because i know its the best in the midwest. hands down.
I visited Kluck's today and had an incredible experience! I went without a helper to cut my tree, and the kind staff was happy to lend a hand. Not only was my tree cut for me, they carried it to the car and tied it to the roof. I specifically went at a slower time, so that I could ask for some assistance without taking anyone away from a long line of customers on a busy weekend.
