Dr Klopper is an expert in his field. He is treating me for anxiety brought on by terminal illness. He is very patient . He listens and hears. He is the best doctor I have ever been treated by in my whole life. I would give him 10 stars. He does have long wait time but I’d wait forever to see him.

Absolutely terrible, the pharmacy wanted to turn him over to the medical board. Not following through with very important prescriptions then he says if you don't take certain medicines that he supposed to give you he doesn't send them in and when you notify me about it he doesn't do anything about it, it's dangerous Medical Practice he's in it for the money I guess, a lot of his staff is just really flaky. I would not recommend him to anybody I would recommend you stay away, took 4 hrs, wait.

Another doctor just in it for the dollar. Like to keep waiting by only seeing them late a night then leading them to believe he will do something only for him to not do it. So very disappointed.

If I could give a star rating less than one I would. I was a patient of Dr. Klopper at the Ridgeview Institue in an *adolescent* psychiatric ward. Dr. Klopper obviously had no experience with teenagers. Took no more than five minutes with each person. Gave me SSRI even tho I was manic. Woke me up. Didn't show for follow up appts in outpt care at hospital. Never saw him again. Couldn't get contact. No more refills. As result was off meds for months bc of insurance problems. Bad withdrawal.

Dr. Klopper does have issues with time management, but as a doctor he knows his stuff. He listens, and cares, I had to track him down outside of his office (at the hospital) once because his staff was not helpful and I needed a refill, and he wrote it out no charge. He takes into consideration outside habits and circumstances to best provide care. He's a good man, and a good doctor, even if stretched thin.

He lets patient sit in his office for 5 or 6 hours waiting for him to show up. He rounds late at night in the hospital and falls asleep while you are trying to talk to him. I saw him steal something from the hospital I was at and just put it in his bag. One of the staff came and took it back out and was shaking her head. He billed me for visits in the hospital that he didn't make. I assume so that he could make extra money. He and his office nurse Arlene yelled at each other.

Dr Klopper is very nice his staff is a different story. Needed an appointment in September and called to let them know they dodnr svhedule me and I would run out of ny meds if they dodnt schedule me. The staff ignored my request for several days. Needless to say I ran out for four days. I finally got an appt on the fifh day. Not really concerned about my health.
