Very unprofessional. Find a doctor who cares and takes time to listen. Only spent 8 min on me when I had alot more to go over. He was completely off task . Always stay polite and focused on your patients. They come first. Stay away from this Dr. At all cost . Remember your health is in his hands and deserves every bit of attention and care. You will not get it from him!
This was a telephone talk with the staff Beth and Eileen & they both were so kind because of an error the Pharmacy had made for the second time and this time I was in a full blown panic attack & Beth had me breathe while Eileen handled the mistake the Pharmacy made & after 24 hours of panic this incredible staff went out of there way to help me calm down & get my correct amount of meds. Thank you so much, Jenny.
Yesterday was my second visit & was even more impressed with this Dr. & even his office manager went out of her way to make sure I had the correct medicine which is extremely important to me. My wait time to see this Dr. was not very long & his incredibly nice Intern explained he see's me first to make sure Dr. Klopper knows every concern I have even with my medication. J.G.
I have found Dr Klopper to be genuine and attentive!! As some have said the office is a bit scattered and it is necessary to repeatedly call to get information or request to talk to the Doctor!! Regardless, I feel comfortable seeing him for the care that I need!
Thank you. I have been in a panic for a few week's as I moved home to Smyrna & needed a new Dr. I was greeted so kindly on the phone & in person by the receptionist Beth & then I met Dr. Klopper & I am not one that is impressed by anyone but this Dr. is Genuine & Bluntly Honest & he made me feel so at home and safe and understood me & I am so Grateful & Blessed to have him as my new Psychiatrist. I like Dr. Klopper but his practice is very poorly managed. It takes hours to be seen and you can't rely on him to refill your prescriptions. It is negligent to prescribe drugs and not be available for refill requests. I've been trying for about a week to get ahold of his office without an answer. I will not be back.
I have been under Dr. Kloppers care for over a year, he has always been very kind and patient with me , I've had a lot of progress with him and will miss him when I'm totally well. It's very hard to get through at times to make a spot. but well worth the wait.
My mother was Dr Klopper’s patient for almost 20 years. She moved a few years ago and she still speaks highly of him. She trusts him more than anyone else about her care. He is an expert in his filed.
Very disappointed in this doctor. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen, the med he prescribed made me nauseated and dizzy and he wouldn't even get back in touch with me to discuss it. I feel ignored and my care is being mishandled. Needless to say that was my first and very last visit. If you take your mental and emotional health seriously like I do, please go somewhere else.
