Dr. Klopper is the man.
I was a patient for about 4 years. I was grossly misdiagnosed and mistreated by this psychiatrist for mental illnesses which I was revealed to never have had in the first place, after over 7 hours of extensive psychological and cognitive testing. He kept throwing medicines at me and I was so desperate to feel better and be a productive member of society, I kept saying "yes". I was on 3 antipsychotics, 2 antidepressants, 1 anxiety medicine, 2 mood stabilizers and a blood pressure medicine to deal with the side effects. Obviou... read more
Week versed and helpful. Great office
This person hasnt a emphathetc,concerning bone in his body. His demeanor is callous and he really don't seem to give a rats behind about helping someone who NEEDS HELP! ONE time and never again
The office never returns calls to patients that need assistance. Horrible patient service. Cannot believe this place is still In business. Avoid it like the plague!
He never call back to concerning wife. And he never available not even his nurse. It was horrible Concierge
Appalling service, arrived 15 minutes early, it's now 90 minutes after the time of my appointment and I'm still waiting. Went to the front desk and was completely ignored. Dreadful communication, awful front office staff, the place is old and run down, do not waste your time.
He made a medication change that resulted in me not being able to sleep for weeks and would not call me back. On top of that he is always extremely late, like over 2 hours. His staff is rude. If they don’t want to talk to you they keep you on hold forever, I’ve watched it happen while waiting eternally in the lobby. All the one star reviews here are accurate.
I love Dr Klopper. He just needs a new staff. And more time
