What a nightmare! Went with my best friend to put her dog down. They were so unprofessional and rude. And they didnt give the correct dose of meds to put him to sleep so they had to inject him in the heart. She had him cremated but it took them over a month to do this. They had her dog in the freezer for over a month. She called to see if his ashes were ready and they said he was still in the "freezer". I took my baby Prancer to Quincy the staff and Dr were great in all honesty Prancer would not have made it without the care he received at Quincy this was Dec 13th I called and they said come in and was able to do the diagnostics right there and determine a plan of action that saved his life. After this I got to meet Dr Paul because Prancer hurt his leg again they did diagnostic right then and there no going home and waiting for answers Dr Paul did surgery last Wed. and has been a phone call away to see my boy.
