I cant thank Dr. Julie and her staff enough. Called the office today because I had an emergency with my dog. Explained to the tech what was going on she explained to dr. Julie and she said to bring her in got her out there and they helped out tremendously. Thank you again for all your help!!
My husband and I came to the Klingele clinic last night (on a weekend when our regular vet was not available) with a beloved cat who was dying from kidney failure. While we were complete strangers to the staff, we were treated like family from the second we arrived until we left this modern and lovely facility. Everyone who works here is so nice and great with our dogs, we've been bringing our dogs here for 2 years, they always get them in asap and are reasonably priced.
My furbaby passed away on the 27th of March. Klingele was the only place open and he had been at a sitters and I assume got into something he shouldn't have. His health quickly fell and Klingele wouldn't even put him out of his misery and spare him the pain and agony just because I didn't have cash on hand. VERY disappointed and will NOT be returning.
Dr. Sue and the tech that worked with our Sparkle were very polite and caring. I am glad that they are open later on Saturday and open Sunday, my regular vet., Western Vet. Clinic is only open until 12 on Saturday, closed Sunday, and its call klingele on the machine. I have used klingele in the past, but it seems that they have become more interested in the money and less about the pet and the family/owners. Everyone that works here are wonderful. I had to have my Sheba put to sleep today. She was 17. I had Doctor Julie and The technician I had was great ( idk her name).. They were very kind to me and my Sheba.
