We took our guinea pig in today for a nail trim and first time ever at a vet. The tech let us come back to watch and they were so great with him (he usually gets mad when we do it at home). They were so caring and gentle! Now we know where to go if he is ever sick.
I went to Klingele Veterinary clinic yesterday with my 6 week old pup. The staff is so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They even helped me out while my allergies were acting up and couldn't stop coughing! The clinic was also very clean!

To be honest I don’t know why this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Over the summer they let my cat stay in his carrier dying for hours before they started work on him. Then called me saying he died as soon as they got a catheter in him, charged me over 900$ for absolutely nothing. Were unsympathetic and rude. Fast forward to this week, they told my friend that a tumor on her dog was nothing to worry about but were going to charge her over a thousand to have it removed. We took my dog in a few days ago because she wouldn’t eat/drink or go to the bathroom. Multiple times we told Dr Julie there was something wrong with her throat because you could hear her gasping to breathe. This Dr refused to even look at her throat and brushed it off saying it’s just from old age and being in pain. So fast forwarding past the ridiculous $300 bill for absolutely nothing, we took her to Western where they actually listened to us and did test to find out she has lymphoma. Absolutely terrible. They were very unorganized & rude. The vet told us our dog “will be dead by morning”, without any sympathy or compassion or HELP. Did not offer to give her pain meds or tell us what to expect at all. Aren’t they supposed to love animals?! We were crying, and all they had to say was how much our bill would be. I am very upset with how they treated my puppy & how they treated us. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
their clinic staff is fantastic. their hours of availabilty are great. they work with my pets as the individuals they are. they have always gone above and beyond for me.
