Bedbugs!!! Do not rent!! Now that it's chilly cockroaches have joined the "party". I had to scrape the previous tenants LITERAL FILTH from the bathtub with a paint scraper. They enter your apartment whenever they like. They have several "spies" and currently have been evicting ALL of their white tenants. These people lied in court, they are crooked as hell. I'm WARNING you. You will have to leave all furniture.
It was good until Mr. Kling died.
