Anyone and everyone should RUN, not walk away from this company. Since I've been with them, my ceiling has fell in(almost on my son's head), and no one showed for 3 days. During that time we had no water, and they refused to pay for a hotel for myself and my family until the repairs were done. The furnace stopped working and needed to be replaced and they raised my rent $200 more a month(made me pay for the furnace). The hot water heater broke and needed to be replaced.
