Kline Properties took over management of our building the first of May. Initially, I was hopeful because the last property management company was pretty terrible. I was quite certain that any other company had to be better than Compass but I was quickly proven wrong. The only presence I have noticed by Kline since they acquired our building was quietly taping a change of management notice on our door four days before rent was due.
