it’s sad to see that kline has gotten such a low rating on here. It feels like a small family business and i like that. in the five years that we have lived there we have only had one issue which was electrical but that was taken care of after some back and forth talking and getting hold of the right person. My experience with Kline Properties was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After applying, I couldn't reach anyone for several days. Eventually, I had to contact corporate, who oddly referred me to a maintenance worker. He then gave me the number for Gayle Tupper, who supposedly handles applications. When I reached out to her, she responded only by text the next day and instructed me to "text her," offering no clear communication. I had to ask her to call me just to get basic answers. Kline Properties took over management of our building the first of May. Initially, I was hopeful because the last property management company was pretty terrible. I was quite certain that any other company had to be better than Compass but I was quickly proven wrong. The only presence I have noticed by Kline since they acquired our building was quietly taping a change of management notice on our door four days before rent was due.
