Spencer Wenger is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's extremely responsible and reasonable to work with, walking you through the entire process from end to end and simplifying things at every step of the way. Unresponsive…. Contacted the agent, had several immediate conversations, and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting… and found out through another realtor that the property sold. They were representing the seller. As quickly as it sold, my guess is it was underpriced. Wouldn’t use these people to buy or sell a property at this point unless you want to be screwed over.
I don't want this person's review to reflect on the entire company so I am leaving 3 stars instead of 1. If you're planning on using this company do not go with Brian Bratton. I came in before noon during open hours but the lights were off. He told me I was "barging in on his work hours". He was very negative and condescending, even when I tried to be friendly. Weird guy. He made me feel uncomfortable like I did something wrong. I'm not sure if he's good at selling houses but he's definitely unprofessional.
