Straight forward and easy to work with. We knew the car we wanted, so I sent my daughter to his lot to buy it. He was patient with assisting her as a first time buyer making things less complicated for her, and willing to stay after hours, if needed. A nice person! But also more importantly when buying a car he was honest and straight forward.

This is my second car I have found using CarGurus. Mike at Klika Auto Direct was fantastic to deal with. No sales games or pressure or now talk to this clown. We dealt with Mike for everything. Mike is very kind and helpful! There was zero pressure! We were able to test drive 2 different cars and he had them pulled out and ready to go. I would highly recommend this dealership. We called around 11:30am about seeing a car but he told us he was leaving at noon, but that we could still come see it. Since it is about a 20 minute drive for us, I tried to clarify whether or not we would be able to see the car. He said we could come but we probably couldn’t test drive it. He said he would be back at 3 and we could see it then. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

As I mentioned to you when you called in the other two people were gone out of state picking up vehicles and the reason I had to leave for about 3 hours was my 21 year old son was having his induction ceremony that afternoon with the Overland Park police department and I didn't want to miss that. We had offered to stay late for you a few days before when you asked but then you said that wouldn't work for you. Sorry that you took your business elsewhere but my son comes before a possible car sale. Thank you.
Dealer was helpful. I did have a headlight out during test drive. They did replace both bulbs just to be safe. I however did not appreciate the %10 dealer warranty on repairs, if something happened within 1000 miles. They did change it to 50-50 after I asked.
