I recently purchased a wedding band there and within 5 months, one of the diamonds fell out. The ring was sent back to the manufacturer who made up a claim that the basket was impacted. My wife is a massage therapist (also recently pregnant) and wears her ring on her necklace so that claim is simply not true. Kleinhenz kept saying you’re getting a “special price” on the repair and DID NOT stand behind their product or offer any compromise. It seemed to be all about getting that service repair payment. Beautiful jewelry and watches plus awesome, helpful staff. I always find what I'm looking for here. It's always my first stop when shopping for jewelry.
Stopped in during a quick trip home because I have never actually had a Rolex on my wrist. They knew I was not a buyer this time and indulged me anyway! When the time comes to buy ( sooner rather than later ) I wouldn't consider anywhere else! Thank you for a wonderful experience and Ill be back!
