They were very nice, and patient with me. I've always had a fear of the dentist but the dental hygienist explained everything to me in great detail. They were understanding of my concerns and did an excellent job.
Have been going to Klein Crossing Dental for 3-4years. Our dentist is Dr. Melissa Welty and she is AWESOME! Her attention to detail is unparalleled, as experienced in both dental care and client/customer service. Everytime I go for my appointment I am inclined to just spend the day in the waiting area as it is so relaxing and home like... I never have the sense that I am at a professional dental office... Well as soon as you walk in you can sense the great energy that Klein dental. All the state-of-the-art equipment on top of such a conscientious staff!!! We were referred by a good friend and from the moment we signed in through the x-ray process, the cleaning and the visit with the dentist, you'll know you're in the right place. Best dental experience ever! I chipped a tooth and like most people the thought of going to the dentist wasn't pleasant! But with some hesitation I made my appointment. Turned out being one the the best experience's at any doctors office. I really can't say enough. After Melissa Welty finished with the filling, I was was sold. There's been some other dental work I've wanted to get done but hesitated due to childhood fears.
