Once again a truly professional staff at Klein Crossing Dental took care of me on Friday. Just a routine cleaning, but for me I don't really look forward to dental visits. Each time I leave feeling like I am appreciated as a patient, informed as a consumer, and treated like a special person.
On Saturday I broke a crown. I called the emergency number and Dr. Welty called me back in about an hour. Dr. Welty then opened her office and made a temporary crown for me until I can come back for a permanent crown next week.
Ever been to a place that treats you like you are a VIP? This is the place to receive that treatment the staff is knowledgeable, wonderful and caring. The building is welcoming and relaxing. Ever been to a dentist office and dreaded your appointment not here. For all potential clientel give them a shot you will be impressed.
The dr. & her staff are always very professional. I'm always seen on time, no waiting. I find them very honest, no pressure to do more than necessary. My previous dentist retired after 30 years of seeing me & im so grateful to have found this place. Always smiling when I leave!
