Without any doubt this dental facility has the best staff. Friendly, caring, and well informed. The facilities are superb. Clean, organized, on time with your appointment and a great location. If you are in need of a dentist and facility you can't go wrong with Klein Crossing Dental.
Another great cleaning which is not so simple as I'm a pipe smoker and my usual also great checkup, the former by a new addition, Heather, and the former from the wonderful "boss' lady. All this plus a nice reception from the front lobby area girls. Keep up the good work
I met with Sandy, my dental hygienist for my 4 month checkup. As usual the office staff is friendly, pleasant, and interested in my wellbeing. Sandy met me on time and as always compassionate and professional. She is an excellent and tender hygienist. I was so relaxed I nearly feel asleep in the chair a few times. Dr. Welty and her staff are excellent professionals. I always recommend Klein Crossing Dental.
I love the way the entire office works together to give me excellent service from the front desk to the dental assistants / hygienists to the dentist, Dr. Welty. I have going here twice per year for over 10 years and now my kids have graduated from the pediatric dentist to Dr. Welty as well:)
We love EVERYTHING about Dr. Welty and Klein Crossing Dental! Their new facility is AMAZING and the staff is the BEST!! Heather is SO great with apprehensive kids (and adults) and makes every visit a FUN experience for the whole family!! 😊
My semiannual visit to the dentist today was wonderful. Perhaps that's surprising to many, but not hen they greet you as you walk in the door, provide a comfortable waiting are for you to cool off in before going in for your treatment, an have friendly, personable, efficient, and very professional personnel dealing with you in all aspects of your care. Sandy is a terrific dental hygienist and the office personnel are top notch, to boot.
