I have been going to this dentist for years...NEVER MISSING AN APPOINTMENT. On Nov 1st, the office called to confirm my semiannual appointment for a cleaning, which was schedule last year, I had to reschedule due to a conflict. The office rescheduled my appointment from the Nov 15th to Nov 10th. Our family LOVES Dr. Welty and the Klein Crossing Dental team!! I cannot say enough about the calming atmosphere and the loving connections we've made with the team over the years. Coordinating treatments for our family of 5 is always effortless for this AMAZING team! They are able to xray, clean and treat ALL 5 of us in 90 minutes!! Yep!! AMAZING!! KCD has been my dental care provider for nearly 15 years! Their standard of care and service has not diminished in any way - even light of the pandemic and the changes that has required. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to my visits!
I dreaded getting a procedure, but it turned out great. I felt very fortunate to be where people are very concerned with your comfort! They make sure you are never in pain with the gentle care they give on all procedures.
Always very courteous, professional and thorough. Best dentist I’ve been to since early 80’s.
They help me get over my fear of someone working in my mouth. They are professional, kind, and thoughtful. They answer all my questions, explain what they are going to do and do it well. My last visit was a cleaning. I forget how great it feels after they finish. If I could figure out a way to get them to clean it every month I would. They feel that great. I really appreciate the doctor and her staff. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am really glad they are my dentist.
If I could give their office an even higher review, I would. The entire staff is top notch. Dr. Welty is thorough and very gentle. We travel to Houston from Central Texas to see her. Highest recommendation!
I have been a patient of Dr Welty for 15 years. She is a fantastic Dentist. She communicates well with me and explains my treatment plan easily. My hygienist Leslie is over the top great. I stay on top of my cleanings w/ Leslie and that keeps me out of Dr. Welty's chair. I also have to mention the other over the top staff who I deal with on my visits.
