I have been going to this dentist for years...NEVER MISSING AN APPOINTMENT.
On Nov 1st, the office called to confirm my semiannual appointment for a cleaning, which was schedule last year, I had to reschedule due to a conflict. The office rescheduled my appointment from the Nov 15th to Nov 10th. Despite me just talking with them to change this appointment they called me numerous times to confirm, which I commented on last time I was at the office because even when you confirm they still call to reconfirm…and reconfirm...reconfirm... So, I showed up for my appointment at 2pm on Nov 10th. So, I took off work, drove to the office and was told they canceled my appointment, because they could not confirm. How many times have I NOT SHOWED? And by the way don't they charge for NO SHOWS...should I be paid then for the time I took off work and the gas it took to drive there?
OH, but wait it is a double standard...because your time is more valuable, right or it cost the practice money for no shows, right? What about my time and the cost for me? NEEDLESS TO SAY - NEVER WILL I SEE THESE FOLKS AGAIN!

Our family LOVES Dr. Welty and the Klein Crossing Dental team!! I cannot say enough about the calming atmosphere and the loving connections we've made with the team over the years. Coordinating treatments for our family of 5 is always effortless for this AMAZING team! They are able to xray, clean and treat ALL 5 of us in 90 minutes!! Yep!! AMAZING!! The beautifully decorated office and complimentary water, coffee and wifi are all just icing on the cake. If you're searching for a new dentist, whether you're a family of 1 or 5, stop looking and go see Dr. Welty and her AMAZING team!! We are so happy we found them!!

KCD has been my dental care provider for nearly 15 years! Their standard of care and service has not diminished in any way - even light of the pandemic and the changes that has required. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to my visits!

I dreaded getting a procedure, but it turned out great. I felt very fortunate to be where people are very concerned with your comfort!
They make sure you are never in pain with the gentle care they give on all procedures.

They help me get over my fear of someone working in my mouth. They are professional, kind, and thoughtful. They answer all my questions, explain what they are going to do and do it well. My last visit was a cleaning. I forget how great it feels after they finish. If I could figure out a way to get them to clean it every month I would. They feel that great. I really appreciate the doctor and her staff. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am really glad they are my dentist.

If I could give their office an even higher review, I would. The entire staff is top notch. Dr. Welty is thorough and very gentle. We travel to Houston from Central Texas to see her. Highest recommendation!

I have been a patient of Dr Welty for 15 years. She is a fantastic Dentist. She communicates well with me and explains my treatment plan easily. My hygienist Leslie is over the top great. I stay on top of my cleanings w/ Leslie and that keeps me out of Dr. Welty's chair. I also have to mention the other over the top staff who I deal with on my visits. Hailee is my fav and handles my ins. questions and payment options. Katherine and Christina are in the mix and make me feel so welcome when I come in for appointments. My I know my dental health is in great hands when I walk in Klein Crossing Dental!
