Easy, Informative, and a Pleasurable Experience. Dealership was inviting and gushed with Customer Service; this is so important these days to me as a buyer. I felt zero pressure and comfortable, whether test-driving or just asking questions. Brad went out of his way for us; thanks lots. I would travel to Clintonville again to buy again!

Helpful There were a few speed bumps in the road to getting my new car and Brad, Ben and Randall were there through all of the steps making sure everything was accomplished and that I was satisfied every step of the way.
Makin Trax Overall great staff. Very helpful in getting me my vehicle within 3 hours. Only disappointment is I found out after driving home the vehicle is not equipped with cruise control. Not thrilled about that. A 2017, with no cruise?? When I test drove never crossed my mind on a short 2-3 mile spin. On the way home, yes.
THEY SELL USED LEMON CAR On June 27,2019,My boyfriend and I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. We told Josh we needed a car better on gas and needs to be dependable because we are disabled and have tons of medical problems. Only owning the car for 2days, It was saying the back up lights are out but they weren't, the digital speedometer quit working, the screen for the radio, navigation, and backup went blank.
