All down hill after purchase. Sales staff friendly and quick to take your money, but when you have an issue with your brand new vehicle look out! Brought my new truck there to have some scratches taken out. Took 2 trips to them to get that correct to a satisfactory condition. Driving and hour each way to do so. Also need steering wheel alignment fixed. All they did was put it on the alignment rack and said it was within GM specs. Ok, why is the wheel offset? My outstanding day! The 2019 Equinox we purchased today is our 5th new GM vehicle. Every one of our cars were well built and greatly enjoyed.
