Friendly and no pressure I was very happy with my salesman, Brad. He was very informative, asked me what I was looking for and he never pressured me. I would highly recommend Klein and Brad to anyone.
Todd Charger Matt was a fantastic representative of your company. He does a great job at explaining the car and options. He showed me numerous cars and gave me options to fit my needs.
It was good the 2nd time around Just wish they would give the best price and deal the first time around instead of going to a different dealer than coming back to get a good price for your trade. We will see how service goes in a year from now if I need any.

The best experience we've ever had with vehicle purchasing. Our entire visit was great, no pressure, no questions left to ask when Brad was finished with the sale. We really appreciate the wonderful people we worked with. And ,by the way, we love our Buick Enclave!!!!! We will definitely return the next time we are ready for a new vehicle.
