Very Helpful Kurt was very helpful and was able to get me in the car I wanted! Randal was able to work with me and get me approved while maintaining a friendly face! The dealership is efficient and everyone there was friendly!
Patience/successful HATS OFF TO RON & RICK. We been in search of trying to help our daughter find a vehicle. Ron and Rick were very patient knowledgeable fun and willing to have many cars ready for us to test drive. They both went way over and above to meet the needs of us & our daughter. boughtacar 2017 When we go to get a different vehicle, we go car buying, not car shopping. Our experience was good at Klein.The only downfall was the car was empty of gas when we drove home.I'm old and bought many vehicles and never bought one were I had to put in gas right away. I asked when I got in the car and the salesman said it was dealers policy???

Purchase of 2011 Silverado Our sales representative was an awesome sales person. He had very good knowledge of the vehicle we purchased and there was no pressure at all which is the type of sales person I enjoy the best. He was willing to open up any vehicle we wanted to take for a test drive. Randal in finance was an awesome guy and explained every detail of our loan and options available with them. Made our decisions very easy on what to do with the financing.
