We highly recommend Chem-dry. Quinn and Nathan were prompt, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered completely. They were able to remove stains that I thought were permanent and offered suggestions on products to use to keep the carpets clean longer. We had thought we would have to replace the carpets, but that will not be necessary. We are so impressed with the outcome that we are having our other carpets cleaned by Chem-dry. Thank you so much!
