Piss poor experience,,,spokes with employee about a fan replacement,,,said no problem, ten days later and four messages later same employee said they would not do the job due to not wanting to be responsible for the liner, so when they say they service buck stoves it's not quite the truth, they might sweep it out but sure won't service it, poor communication,,,and even worse customer service
