We have been long-time Klaus & Sons plumbing customers, but today we got to try out their air conditioning services. Everyone at Klaus & Sons is amazing, from the first phone call to the final service visit. Yesterday, our a/c died during the 100+ degree heat. I was able to get an appointment first thing today (I called after 3:30 yesterday, so no one was available immediately). Service person was early for appointment and very efficient.
