The installers did a nice job and were good to work with. On the other hand corp was very challenging. The communication and updates on job status and follow up was like pulling teeth. They got an attitude when you called like how dare you call us. They did not have our color to finish the job so they finished it in white and promised to come back to replace with proper color. I am still waiting on this 3 weeks later and cannot get anyone to call back. Would not recommend you use this company.
Vicki is exceptional. She understands and delivers exceptional customer service, which just can't be taught. The crews are great but could slow down a bit and be a little more careful. All are nice to work with.
