My son is a patient of Dr Klatte, and I believe he is more concerned with taking care of the patient than any other issue. He seems to make that extra effort to explain processes and his office is very friendly. We were late for an appointment, and it was no problem. Everything went great. Not sure on the cost or the end result, because we are only half way throught. All is great at this point. Also, they are opening a new office.
Dr. Klatte is extremely nice, considerate, and explains everything in detail! He takes time with each of his patients, mostly children, (and their parents) and explains the hows and whys of orthodontics. Both of my children are currently being treated by Dr. Klatte, and both have had bad experiences at general dentist's offices. The dental assistants were gentle and caring and reassured my children.
