Outstanding. Jimmy and his staff has fixed my computer and saved my day. I am so grateful. They can fix anything. I spilled a whole cup of coffee on my computer and thought all was lost. Not so, my hard drive was saved and put into a brand new computer. Every computer I have I have bought from them, they know what I need and give me the best deal. I have to give a shout out for the guys at Klamath Technology Service. They are extremely good at what they do. Prices are also very reasonable. Honestly I can't hardly believe we have this quality of computer service in our little Po - dunk town. Lol. Let's all give them our business and maybe they will stick around for a while!
I would not and will not refer anyone to this company. The paper they have you sign when you bring in your computer for repair or diagnostic says in their own way that they can destroy your computer and not be responsible for it. They say every computer repair shop has the same form for anyone that gets service done. This is not true, I called all the shops around the state and in California and nobody requires a waiver for service. If they knew what they were doing they would not need such a form.

This guy brought us his old, broken computer with a major, progressive problem. He said he couldn't afford to fix it, and then lied and said that we broke it. Then he tried to extort us and threatened to write defamatory posts if we didn't pay him. Avoid this guy like the plague. We found that he called other computer shops with our diagnostic information and had our price undercut. Then he lied to the BBB and tried to get us to pay for it! Beware this guy.
