Over the summer I had shatterd my phone. I need a quick repair before a trip to Idaho. I paid $149 for my screen replace and I get it back with a broken Touch ID button. I called and called and called but no one answered then my phone broke again. Ever sense it’s been a constant battle with my phone and even apple got involved. Now they won’t fix it without proof that I called and I clearly can’t now. Staples would be a better choice next time.
This place has been great to me. They have helped me 3 times now, and each time has been fast and affordable.

My parents are on vacation traveling by train in the USA. They were in desperate need of a local SIM card to maintain internet connection. When their train stopped in Klamath Falls, they came upon Klamath Technology Services and Jimmy and his team went out of their way to find a solution for my parents. This included driving them to a local Walmart to purchase a $9 phone, they returned to KTS and proceeded to set up the new phone, active the sim and get them connected. Took my IPhone 5 in to get a new battery. Jimmy was extra careful with my stubborn phone and was nice to talk to as he did the service right in front of me. I think the pricing is very reasonable. They also have good quality phone cases for cheap. Will use them again!
The folks over at Klamath Falls Tech Services built me a custom computer and I am extremely happy with it. They not only did a great job but they were very pleasant to work with. Thanks guys I am super stoked with my new computer! DR DANGER TESTED AND APPROVED!!!

Worst Computer Shop in town, the owner is a rude person that talks to his customers like they are totally stupid. My sister was way over charged for parts that another shop showed her were used and not what she had been told they were!
