We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old GSD this morning. I have never seen their office so busy. I was 5th in line at the counter and there was no sitting room in sight. As soon as I got to the counter, and told them I thought it was Daisy’s time, they immediately took care of me and treated me like I was the only patient in the room. By far the best veterinary hospital I have come to. My chihuahua, Chloe, and my Siberian cat, Siren, are both given amazing care at Klaich.
We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet Jack Russell named Kita. She would have been 16 in October. I was so impressed with the love, care ,and respect you have for animals. Ruby was so helpful and definitely put my mind at ease when asking questions. Dr. Nichols was wonderful and so patient with us. It was so peaceful. We love your office. They are very nice and caring. We did not have appointment but they took care of us in a timely manner for as busy as they are.
