I had such an amazing experience with Klaich. ♥️ Had to take my dog Rex in without an appointment for excessive vomiting. He ended up needing surgery for an intestinal blockage. Dr. Musick was incredible and Rex is recovering beautifully. I highly recommend Klaich.
I have up and down feeling about this place. Time management is awful.... every time. At one visit the man that was holding my dog was rude as heck and made my dog even more nervous. The second visit with our bigger dog getting spayed sent her home with just a cone.. . When we called to tell them that she may have a leak they said that’ll be $100 visit cuz we have no openings . Isn’t this something that should have been explained after her visit? Letting us know what to look for etc? How do you cut open our dog with out anti... read more

They help the injured wildlife in our area when Peggy transports them for emergency care. The combined care of Peggy and Klaich for years, have saved thousands of injured wildlife in Lassen, Plumas and the surrounding area. Very proud of them.
I have been taking my pets there for over 17 years. They are the most patient doctors I have ever seen. I have never had to wait an “hour” for a scheduled appointment EVER. Dr Musiac is out of this world. ❤️❤️
I love the veterinarians at this place however their time management is absolutely horrible. Two months ago I made an appointment at 9:30 this morning and at 10:30 I had to leave. I watched three rounds of animals come through the waiting room ahead of me and none of them were emergencies. I ended up having to take Gypsy’s records with me. I am trying to find a new vet if anybody has any suggestions.
The doctors are the best.
Made an appointment several weeks in advance for vaccines. Arrived to appointment early. Waiting room was standing room only with several people outside or in cars. Waited 40 minutes without being provided any update and finally cancelled and left as I had to get back to work. I will take my business someplace that actually values people’s time.
