I love how friendly everyone is.
Thank you to all the fabulous staff and doctor’s. We had never been to Klaich Animal Hospital before and walked in with our beloved Chloe on Friday. We were seen promptly and after blood work and X-rays it was determined Chloe had cancer throughout her body, we decided to let our Chloe cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. B was very empathetic and professional. Thank you for your kindness during our emotional time.

Other than a 2 1/2 hour wait because we were a “walk-in”, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and Buster is never nervous and he likes all the staff and especially all the dogs ... and even the kitties Highly recommend this Vet Animal Hospital in Reno. Been going there for 27 years
Had to make a phone call this morning because I had some questions regarding my new pet. The receptionist was beyond helpful and answered all of my over bearing “pet mom” questions. After we hung up, I realized I had another question (lol) and the next receptionist was equally as nice and helpful as the first. Looking forward to making Klaich my regular vet!

I recently had to put my older kitty to sleep. It was on a Sunday and my cat took a turn for the worse. Klaich is not my regular vet but they were opened on Sunday and very busy. I didn’t want my cat to suffer another day. They were loving, compassionate and patient with us. Klaich will be my regular vet now.
Friendly, caring staff and half the cost of other vets in the area!
