Dont' use them... Waste of Money... Even with the Groupon. They were in and out in 20 minutes. It was supposed to be DEEP CLEANING & Pet Treatment... What a JOKE... TERRIBLE... and i get my carpet cleaned every 3 months... I will stick to the company I know...

I purchased a Groupon voucher for this business and could not reach them on the phone. After several attempts stretched out over several days, I finally reached someone who rudely told me that they had plenty of customers and I would have to wait over a month for an appointment. This is the first time I have ever written a review online, but I need to make sure that nobody else exposes themselves or their families to what we have experienced. We too bought a Groupon certificate about 6 months ago and just recently redeemed it. As a result of that 'cleaning', we now have a police report filed against the company as well as the technician for assault. I would like to acknowledge the excellent carpet cleaning job that Irving and Travis did in my home yesterday. Both men cleaned my carpet, in a very timely manner. The carpet area is clean and looks wonderful. Again, please extend my gratitude to both gentlemen.

I bought a half off depot voucher for a 2 hour carpet cleaning from Kiwi Clean. BIG MISTAKE. I was told on the phone that I had to move my own furniture, even though the "value" of the voucher said $141 (that should include moving furniture). So I moved all my own furniture out of the one room I needed done. When the guys arrived, I asked if they vacuum first. I was told "we are not a housekeeping service" and that they only steamed the carpet and that's it. I had moved all of my bedroom furniture out except my platform bed ... read more

This is the worst company to hire for steam cleaning. One of the cleaners was very rude. They have the worst in customer service. I would never call them back. More than the cleaning, the attitude of the cleaner totally hurt me, very arrogant, head strong and rude.

Irving from Kiwi just left my home about an hour ago and did an great job on my carpet. He got the stains out with no problem, professional and reasonable. I will definitely use his services again.
