After using other carpet cleaning companies, I am firmly convinced that Kiwi is by far the best choice. Every technician who has cleaned my carpets has been personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
These guys are great. I called to have my carpets cleaned and they were able to come out the next day.
They have one technician in particular named Marco who is so detail oriented, he takes care of our carpets and furniture as if he is taking care of his own property
Not only were they on time, but they called ahead of time and were able to get things done earlier than anticipated.
Our 15 year old microfiber couch that I was afraid was beyond help. It looks like new now! Jack is an excellent representative of a company that is honorable and customer oriented.
Used a Groupon for a 7 room carpet cleaning for $55. I called and left them a voice mail 2 days prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm but I never heard from them. On the day of the appointment they canceled due to thunderstorms in Atlanta (we're on the north side where there was no rain) and they didn't notify us so we spent an entire Saturday afternoon sitting around the house (I only found out after calling and yelling at them for not showing with 30 mins left in our appt block). I made my appointment two weeks before I need them to come. Kiwi Clean is a total rip off. Bought a coupon for $50 and would have been better off spending the $25 to rent the carpet cleaner my self. The 3 rooms took all of 20 mins to clean and they look about the same as before the "cleaning." It is more of a deodorizing service than a cleaning. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST carpet cleaning service ever!! I used the company through a Groupon coupon - you certainly get what you pay for. They don't deserve any stars, but I would gladly give them 5 turds. Upon speaking to an agent, their only concern was making sure I understood that "gratuities are not included in my payment".
