A NIGHTMARE! I came here for 5 months with Arevik the owner, assuming I would be taken care of as a client by the owner.. At first she was sweet, but the more I came I started to realize the unprofessionalism. She would stop in the middle of my laser sessions just to make me go BUY my own razors to shave parts I couldn’t reach, because she never had any for her clients. I had a great successful experience with Arevik at Kivera laser spa. The laser was painless and it did work removing some spider veins from my nose & forehead. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for hair removal or any other procedures offered.
