Customer service is imprtant at a local business and Kitzman's is great. Steve is knowledgeable and willing to help. He solved a problem for me and saved me $$.
Today I was in a bind and I needed a table saw. I called Steve at kitzmans and he cut the trim I needed cut down to finish my last door. Number 10!! I needed the door trim narrowed. He is a great guy, thank you

Speaking of delivery, they offer that service as well. I love the fact that they have a wide variety of products and even things that are hard to find at other stores.
