I was in Dixon Illinois for an appointment and needed to find a UPS store. Kitzman's Lumber showed as having that service in their building. I had several boxes for both Amazon and Temu. One of their employees Erica greeted me at the front door and walked me back to their service desk. She gathered all the information for me and took care of printing off the labels so that they could ship it back to the company. Customer service is imprtant at a local business and Kitzman's is great. Steve is knowledgeable and willing to help. He solved a problem for me and saved me $$.
Today I was in a bind and I needed a table saw. I called Steve at kitzmans and he cut the trim I needed cut down to finish my last door. Number 10!! I needed the door trim narrowed. He is a great guy, thank you
