RecommendedWe have had a great experience so far with this clinic, there has been only one time they made us do a test on the dog because he had loose bowel movements it came back normal, but I think any dog would be afraid to go back after having surgery. all the staff here is great.we have been coming here for a long time.and we also have them give my dog a bath and other things that may need done.and they also are very knowledgeable to what is going on.this is our go to veterinary clinic even though we live in new Braunfels now.we know them and they know us.
Awesome staff and service treated my Coco with lots of attention 👍 And the hospital is very close. Coco is a new patient they took him right away 😃... That’s what I call service👍
The combination of a welcoming front office staff and highly educated Doctor with the support of the caring Vet Techs makes this office an excellent place to be. First time visitor yesterday with no complaints. I highly recommend visiting this office if you are near the the Cibolo, Schertz, and Universal City areas.
For a place calling themselves a hospital they do a very poor job in helping someone like me when their dog jumps out a moving f350. They told me they can schedule me an appointment and didn't bother checking his vitals to make sure he wasn't in shock and his organs where ok even when a dog can die from mild shock. I will never bring any of my furry family members here again. All they care about is the money and not the well being of their clients.
