Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital has been my kitties vet for several years now. Dr. Hooper is amazing! Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but there are two reasons for this. 1) There may be an animal in an emergency situation, or 2) The doctors are thorough in their care of your fur baby. I have had to be seen on both those occasions. They have always done their best to make sure my kitties received the best medical care possible. I am very pleased and happily recommend them to anyone!
BAD MANAGEMENT..when an "appointment" ends up waiting an hour (ant that point I left)...while a walk in..animal in absolutely no signs of distress is seen immediately. ?????

Today was the first time, I took my dog Ace (lab/pit) here. I was very impressed with the environment and staff. The staff treated my baby Ace and myself very kindly. I love it here. I would recommend kitty Hawk Animal Hospital to everyone.

Horrible place! Lousy customer service! I will NOT go back! My fur babies deserve better. I was here from 7:30 until 10:20 before we were seen. Oh, they put us in an exam room but didn't come back. Then when the doctor came and saw Ginger, she left and that was it! I waited another 20 minutes just to get her meds, and Rebecca, the front desk staff was rude! I left!
Always fast..never have to wait for long and the staff are always good wi the my lil buddies. The doctrs are great and easily answer all your questions and help in any way they can to keep my buddies healtby
We've been taking our dogs to this place for 4 years. Awesome staff and fast service. Never have to wait when we have an appointment.
