Called about appointments for two of our animals. We were quoted a price for those appointments, at which they knew certain shots would be needed (given that they have the animals records there). After the appointment, are told that the animals need shots, were not given those shots at the $300+ an animal appointments, and that we would need to fork out more money for the basic care we asked about the price of in advance.
If you like to be informed on what’s going on with your pet definitely go to another clinic. The lack of info/knowledge and care are immense at this place. Just an awful experience! They vaccinated my dogs for rabies TWO times on the same year. It was an emergency appointment and I left my dogs documentation at home and they couldn’t find on their records that my pets were vaccinated already and did it again, even after all the details I provided to proof that that was unnecessary. they are the best! they love our fur babies almost as much as we do. they also have very fair prices.
Honor (5 months, terrier mix) needed to be seen for skin irritations which turned out to be allergies. From making an appointment to checkout, the service and professionalism is on point. The staff is dedicated to making sure your fur-babies are given the best care possible. I will definitely return for future visits. This animal hospital is amazing. We had to have our 14year old Maltese put down a couple weeks ago and they were so caring and patient. They let us take our time saying goodbyes, and never made us feel rushed. We also received a sympathy card with several signatures in the mail. It’s the only place I will take our other animals.
My dog Coco had her first wellness visit yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff starting at check in to the tech taking her inside for her visit and the vet calling me in the car to go over her exam were all awesome. The follow-up call the next day to check on her just made me feel good that we've found a good practice for our little one.
They took such good care of my sweet boy and were able to get him in as a new patient on short notice. They genuinely care about all the babies they see, and answered all of my questions. Will be coming here from now on. 🥰
The worst took my Pomeranian who was coughing and having breathing issues but was eating, drinking barking normal. Did a heartworm test when I told him she didn’t need it. I ask if she’s suffering he said I think she’ll be ok give meds time to work. I get home 2 minutes later my beloved dog died a painful death right next to me. Don’t go to to this doctor. Don’t trust them
