Since Mr. Kitts did a full gut and remodel of our bathroom we have had one plumbing failure and several tiles fall off the shower wall. He has not returned our calls regarding the tile falling off the wall. When the plumbing failed he said it was because he used the only materials available at that time. I absorbed the cost of the repair and had a reputable, licensed plumber tell me the failure was due to inferior workmanship.
