Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not that I could see Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I have nothing but good things to say about Kittleson Orthodontics. They use the latest treatment methods and always take my questions and concerns seriously. Plus, every time I come in they always remember me by name, even though nowadays I just come for a check-up every couple years. Polite, welcoming, friendly, and good at what they do are just some of the qualities one finds at Kittleson Orthodontics.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
