Watch out for paying for Guardsman. They don't pick up. And Kittles customer service was not too helpful.

We purchased a sectional from Brenda Carpenter (Furniture Specialist) at Kittle’s in 2022. Brenda convinced us to purchase the warranty which cost $322.18. I was very against it but she really sold us on it. Her selling point is that we could call at anytime and get all new cushions for any reason and it was very easy. Three years later all of our cushions are deformed and the covers are pilling. One cushion zipper is broken. We submitted a claim to “Guardsman” the third party warranty company. I bought a recliner couch in early January. It broke in January. They claimed they ordered the part in January from the manufacturer. I call twice every month. They say it will come next month. Now, at the very end of June, I call. They say the manufacturer will no longer be sending the part. They tell me to purchase the replacement part via Amazon with no details of the parts needed. No accountability, no sympathy. An absolute nightmare. Could not recommend less.

Nice to go in a truly nice furniture store these days and shop. Great selection even in their clearance section and our sales guy Roland, was extremely helpful and knows his stuff.
