We rented in Dixon, IL. Our neighbors had prior meth convictions and did nothing but smoke inside all day. I had two small children who were unfortunately subjected to that. They would set fire alarms off in the middle of the night. Property manager Jasmine did not care about the fire alarms going off. Any time something would go wrong with the apartment I was blamed.
