This place has amazing selection but they seem to be a little over priced.
I have shopped the trading post for over 40 years and have spent literally thousands of dollars on myself and my family members. As a veteran, I decided to go to the post on veterans day because of the discounts. (BASSPRO AND CABELAS give the same discount 365 days a year.) Any ways, I purchased a gun that was originally 675.00 but marked down to 625.00. The veterans discount on firearms and ammunition was 20% which off of the 675.00 would be a nice 130.. discount but because the gun was marked down 50.00 they couldn't make ... read more
Every time we visit Mainr we visit you. Ladt time was October, 2914. Bought 2 rockers for outdoors. Lovely deep red color. Had them shipped to home in Ohio. Kept indoors till following summer, then put out on deck in June 2015. Fabric faded to pink in one month. .Hideous. Still we used them, until one month later fabric ripped apart. Chairs now really look like junk. We were going to put them out in the trash as they are unusable. They are just junk. Great store, Terrible costumer service in the gun department last wensday night. Guy at the counter seemed annoyed i wanted to ask questions about a $1000 dollar gun i was trying to purchase. Very disapointing because they have alot of awesome rifles and guns just no employees that seem to care.

They literally have EVERYTHING from amateur to professional gear. Very nice selection of clothing as well as outerwear and gear
RecommendedBrought my husband here. He had no idea what to expect or even what a Trading Post was. (From Upstate NY) He was in heaven! Drooling and all over all the goodies! Better than Cabellas, Gander Mtn, Bass Pro... Worth the trip! Vacation in itself.
