Tori is amazing! I encountered damage to my car due to rebar sticking out of the parking block bumper. It was extensive bumper damage. I contacted Kite Realty to report the incident and explain that it was a hazard to others in the Trader Joe's parking lot Phoenix, Arizona. Tori responded right away. They are reimbursing me for my repair expense. Their customer service and concern went above and beyond... If you are looking for a great property management company... look no further!
