Don't do business with Kite. It will turn what should be a joyous experience of home ownership into years of delays, suffering, and woefully inadequate communication. If I could do it again, I absolutely wouldn't.
Building a home with Kite has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life, 3 years to build a town house. Apparently the only thing they are worse at than building houses is actually answering your calls and emails
