Cash only, no receipt available, not responsive at all. Greg from Kitchens Only is not professional, did not fix anything, it's a scam and Bosch who recommended him, does not want to take responsibility. Awful experience, a nightmare. Wasted months.
Someone came to our house and took the payment offered from Bosch. They said we needed a valve which could take one day locally or 8 days from NC. No one has called to give us a plan or idea of schedule?! I’’m calling Bosch to let them know what has happened and to not refer them anymore. YES, I have tried calling them numerous times, and now, they don’t answer!
Greg came out promptly to check out my stove burner which isn't working. Charged me $225 for the visit plus 30-40 mins of initial diagnosis. Said he would need to come out with special tools and then order parts...3 weeks later, no one is responding to my calls or emails. They seem to be running a scam. I wish I looked them up on google instead of just relying on Thermador's referral. I did call Thermador and reported that this business is shady and should NOT be referred. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! Took our money and after 6 weeks of unanswered emails and calls finally got ahold of him and was told he's been busy and didn't have time to contact us???? PLUS it would be another $300.00 to possibly fix our appliance. Promised us a refund which of course we never received either. DO NOT USE!
Outstanding experience I am more work in future if I needed !!!
