Very nice staff but they lied to me in the listing and in person. TLDR: Don't trust the listing or what the salespeople tell you about the features of the car. Wednesday February 25th I purchased a 2024 Nissan Versa S from Kitchener Nissan. In the listing (picture attached) it says there is Android Auto and the salesperson, Jasko, confirmed that as well saying I needed to connect with a USB. I Dont like giving out bad reviews but the experience here has been disappointing to say the least. Reached out to then about a car from their website, setup appointment drove to their facility only to be told that the car's been sold, fine cars get sold every hour, a message or call about the car being unavailable could have helped, but fine maybe they missed. I came in looking to buy a car. The sales person didn’t seem to think I was interested in buying a car. He didn’t really engage with me or ask if there was something I would like to see you or anything like that.I’ve been driving around in my partner’s car and I’ve been looking for something to buy. They had a nice small black car on sale and I was a interested in that. I had a very disappointing experience.
Teah was super helpful with the purchase of my new nissian, she made the whole process easy and was very helpful! 10/10 would recommend her services.
