My husband and I went to Kitchener Nissan to look at a used Hyundai Tucson. We worked with Tom Moore who made the experience very easy and fun. We are very happy with our new car. When we received it it was very clean, full on gas and just had an oil changed. Everything he promised he came through on. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a car.
We bought our first Nissan Kicks from Kitchener Nissan and it was great pleasure to meet Tom Moore, the process went smooth. Tom was very friendly and explained everything to us.
Ask for Tom. There’s a reason why there’s no variation in this guy’s reviews - he simply gets it. He gets the buying process from the customer’s point of view. He gets what it’s like to be on the other side of the table. He gets that being a decent human being can earn him more in commission than being the typical sleezy car sales person. In general, a positive experience. Initial contact was not the best with one of the sales guys at Nissan who, ironically, didn't want to sell a used car that Nissan had advertised. However, Teah turned the whole thing around. She was very professional and went out of her way to make our experience pleasant including cleaning the car out herself. I had a great experience buying my new Nissan Sentra, and Tom made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to get me a great deal. The negotiation was honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated.
