Three weeks ago, I visited this dealership interested in purchasing a Honda Civic, but my experience with a sales representative named Nadia was extremely disappointing. He is incredibly patient, gentle, professional, and always eager to help. Even when I decided to withdraw a deposit I had previously placed, he showed no impatience at all; instead, he remained attentive to my needs. I was truly touched by his patience.
