We had a great experience with kitchener honda especially Zee (Zeshan Ali). We went on this dealership after refused to get any good deal from waterloo honda which was my actual dealership since 2014. Zee helped us to make our decision quick and smoothly by offering us such a nice deal. I highly recommend kitchener honda and especially Zee. Thankyou so much for all your guidance and support.
Had a great sales experience with Ivan Jovic! He was very flexible and quick to respond to all my requests. He got us setup with a 2025 Odyssey very quickly before the 2025s went out of stock. The purchase process was quick, smooth and there was no pressure to purchase any add-ons or anything we didn't want. Would definitely recommend working with Ivan!
Worst customer service ever. I received a text saying new models are available, I asked for a 2025 model instead of 2026. The girl on phone arranged a meeting with balwindar for the NEW 2025 model. I met Balwindar and he provided great service. He was shocked to see the chat I did with the lady as they did not have any 2025 new models available and I had to come back empty handed. UPDATE: 5 years ago when during covid it was so difficult to secure a vehicle with a newborn, Errol made it so so easy. Now, when we have 2 little ones and my husband needs a reliable vehicle, again Errol has done it again. Honda, Kitchener Honda in specific has our loyalty because of him.
