it's very bad exVery disappointed with Kitchener Honda service. Paid over $4,000 for major engine repairs, but serious issues started immediately after. Warranty concerns were dismissed and no proper resolution was provided. Poor communication and unresolved problem despite multiple case numbers. There is no difference between Honda and Hyundai anymore—no real reliability, just branding and marketing. In reality, the vehicles are very disappointing and not dependable.”persince
