I had booked a safety recall appointment but was unable to attend. I wanted to reschedule or find an alternative time. The day before, I called the service department, and they told me I could drop off my car and until 5 PM, and they would take care of it. However, when I arrived to drop off my car, the service department told me I couldn’t do that and claimed they didn’t know who gave me that information, which ended up wasting my time.
Recently bought a used Ridgeline from Ivan at Kitchener Honda. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the features of the truck, and was extremely personable. He took the time to get to know my needs and was patient as we worked through the sales process. Would recommend Ivan for your next car purchase.
Do NOT work for this company!!!!!! Numerous times the Operations Manager in service, I won’t name them, is abusive to their employees. At times your job will be held over your head, and you will have to do what they are asking or you will lose your job. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle for service, I don’t recommend that either, but if you do, there is only a couple good techs in the whole place.
It was not good, it is extremely good. We most buyed honda HR-V. It just that doesn't have the silver color. But anyway it is a pretty good experience.
